Debra moved to Arizona years ago to escape the brutal climate of the Midwest. Coming from a career as a Retail Buyer for a National Chain of over 450 Stores, Debra perfected her negotiation skills to help preserve credibility, create leverage, build relationships and achieve a favorable outcome for all parties.
Upon successfully remodeling several homes, Debra quickly discovered how rewarding investing in homes can be. It wasn’t long before realizing that her true passion was in Real Estate and became a full time licensed Realtor in 2003 with the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors.

Debra lives in Scottsdale with her Husband, DeWayne who has successfully owned and operated several construction companies. Her favorite down time is spent volunteering with Joey, their Delta Certified rescue Golden Retriever. Favorite pastimes include, hiking, four wheeling, remodeling homes, scuba diving, horseback riding, gardening and visiting family back in the Midwest.
