When my husband came home early from Afghanistan (YAY!!) just before our first baby was born, we were on the hunt for a home to rent before our little one arrived. We had hit a lot of dead ends for our price range, and then we met Debra, as she was the agent representing a rental property we were  interested in. She was honest with us about the property, and asked if someone was helping us. This was a first, since most realtors don’t get commission off of facilitating rental properties. She asked us to put together a list of places we were interested in, and she spent the better part of a day going over 5-6 properties all over Scottsdale and East Phoenix out of the goodness of her heart. Once we found a property that fit our needs, she facilitated the rest. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again once we are in the position to find a place to buy.
