Originally we anticipated having to scramble and look at as many homes as possible since we only had a couple days in AZ to make our home purchase decision. Thankfully, the experience didn’t go at all as we expected. I was referred to Debra by an Agent here in California, and before we flew in she really took the time over the phone to capture every detail of what we wanted in a home. Once we arrived and met with Debra, she didn’t have an elaborate long list of homes. Sure enough every home we viewed really did ‘fit’ what we said we were looking for. It only took a couple and we found “The One.”
